These terms and conditions of use (“Terms of Use”) is for www.ibrewtea.in (“Website”). Terms of Use is between Junov Beverages Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at 51/H, Garcha Road, Kolkata 700019 (hereinafter referred to as “iBrewTea”) and the users of the Website (“You” or “Your” or “Yourself” or “User”).
iBrewTea is engaged as an online market place platform to facilitate selling of specialty tea, tea ware and gift items (combination of tea and tea ware) and various allied products and services (all together referred as “Products”). Under this Term of Use, iBrewTea describe the terms on which iBrewTea offers You access to the Website. Please read the Terms of Use carefully before using or registering on the Website or accessing any material, information or Products through the Website. Accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Website indicates Your agreement to all the terms and conditions under this Terms of Use and Your agreement to be legally bound by them. For the Registered User, you have to create an account with iBrewTea by providing certain required User information ("User Account") through iBrewTea ID and password (the "Account Information"). Further, you are not required to pay any fee or charge for creation of the User Account with iBrewTea. You shall ensure that the Account Information provided by you in the Website's registration form is complete, accurate and up-to-date. Payment terms and conditions
(i) The price list mentions the prices of each Product and the Registered User shall pay the amount in Indian Currency (i.e. Indian Rupee) only. iBrewTea reserves the right to change the price of the Products at any time. iBrewTea will allow the Registered User to buy the Products using the following modes of payments:
Credit Cards/Debit Cards;
Internet Banking;
any other mode of payment as solely decided by iBrewTea.
(ii) Payment made by credit card or any other mode as mentioned above should be received by iBrewTea on time. If for any reason iBrewTea does not receive the payment from the credit card issuer or third-party gateway in any of the above payment modes, then You shall pay all the amounts due on demand by iBrewTea.
(iii) In case while making the payment through online gateway the amount is debited from the Registered User account but the same is not credited to iBrewTea account, then it will be treated as non-receipt of the amount by iBrewTea. In such case iBrewTea will not deliver the Products and it will not be liable to refund the amount debited.
Return Policy
iBrewTea return policy is only with respect to “Teaware and gifting” (“Merchandise”). Incase you receive any damaged products then you shall initiate the return or replacement within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Merchandise. Further, you shall e-mail the clear images of the damaged Merchandise to contactus@ibrewtea.in The Merchandise shall not be used and it shall be in the package condition. IBrewTea will arrange for the pick-up of the Merchandise from the place where it got delivered. Once the Merchandise has been received by IBrewTea Global, then it will evaluate the condition of the Merchandise and initiate the process of return/refund accordingly.

Miscellaneous

Any dispute, differences or controversy of whatever nature and howsoever arising under or out of or in relation to this Terms of Use (including its interpretation) between the parties, and so notified in writing (the ‘Dispute’) shall be referred to President-Arbitration Centre-Kolkata for Arbitration. The Arbitration shall be conducted by a Sole Arbitrator appointed by the ‘President-Arbitration Centre-Kolkata’ as per Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The venue of Arbitration shall be Kolkata, West Bengal and it shall be conducted in English language. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on the Parties. In any case, for supervisory, injunctive relief or relief of specific performance, this Terms of Use and any Dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the city of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Return & Refund Policy:
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for the products that have been opened.
Opened products, Gift cards, personalized products, sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care by the customer in case of any order returns.
For cancellation of orders original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount (if any).
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our customer support team and inform them at the earliest possible.
In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company from our end, they will still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
We shall refund you the full amount or provide free of cost replacement of the product within Seven (7) days after the product has been delivered, in case you have;
Received Gift item(s) in poor, damaged or mutilated condition. Tea Products once sold cannot be returned.
Received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) that you have ordered with us.
Refunds in any of the above cases would be made to the same source of payment to help prevent fraud.
Important Note: At the time of taking the delivery of the items you ordered, please ensure that the product received is undamaged, is properly packed and acknowledge the same to the delivery person. SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA:
For any purchase, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 60.00 per Domestic Delivery is waived off.
If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE INDIA
We provide shipping outside of India to all International destinations. The shipping charges are based on weight of the package. Shipping charges as applicable would be displayed during checkout.

DELIVERY:
